To not book with this company if you don’t want to be scam . I booked a car through them in cancun once arrived at the desk thy told me my Axa insurance is not valid and I have to pay for their insurance otherwise I won’t give me the vehicle , I got charge £261.39! I contacted holidays autos straightaway and they told me that this is not right and they will investigate it . 4 weeks later holiday autos decided after numerous email back and forth that they won’t refund the money . Do not book them , they are scammers , they couldn’t care less about their customer . It’s literally the worst company I have to dealt with ….
