Avoid this service. I made a prepaid booking but was not given a vehicle. Upon arrival for pickup, unexpected conditions and extra charges were suddenly requested, and despite having paid upfront, I was denied the car. There was a complete lack of transparency, no accountability, and customer service was severely lacking. This experience felt very misleading. I strongly advise against using this service.
