This has been one of the most frustrating car rental experiences I have encountered — and honestly, one of the poorest customer service interactions overall. Upon arriving to pick up a vehicle I had already reserved and paid for, I was informed at the counter that cash payment was required, a detail that was never disclosed during the booking process. When I declined to pay in cash, they outright refused to provide me with the car.
Result: No vehicle, no service, and no solutions offered. To make matters worse, I later received payment requests as if I had actually rented a car — which is completely unacceptable. I did not receive a vehicle and did not utilize any service. Customer support is a complete mess: • Emails remain unanswered for weeks • Different departments provide conflicting information • Cases are closed without resolution • No accountability whatsoever This service wastes customers’ time, creates unnecessary stress, and operates in a highly unprofessional manner. If you value transparency, honesty, and basic respect as a customer — steer clear. I highly advise opting for any other rental service. This one is simply not worth the risk.
