Our main and only driver for our family trip sadly passed away recently. We tried to change the name on the booking to be told, no problem, that can be done. The booking will cost you €1200 more for the same renal. Under the already distressing circumstances I find this really hard to swallow. My bookings from now on will be direct with the rental firm who would have then been able to change the driver.
