No contact information and the provider contact provided by Holidaycars was just a call loop that no one answered. The Holidaycars chat was always offline and the only way to contact anyone was an email form that was almost a day for the reply. The reply advised contacting the provider (Thrifty) and was of no assistance. I will never book through Holidaycars again.
