Satisfactory warranty service experience

The warranty service was quite satisfactory. The local rental agent charged us for minor scratches on the mirrors and billed our card for repairs, but the warranty covered these costs and we received a refund. Although it involved some paperwork and took about three weeks for the funds to appear in our account, the service was efficient.

Unexpected additional fees

We reserved a rental car at a great price, but were surprised by mandatory toll pass fees of $150 at pickup, even though our voucher clearly stated ‘paid in full’. Be sure to review the local dealer’s website and terms before making a reservation, as the service does not provide the complete information!

Highly recommend avoiding this service!

I rented a car through the platform with a supplier that included 600km/day of mileage. When I arrived, none of the documents mentioned the mileage included. Upon returning the car, I was charged for extra mileage, as the supplier claimed they were only informed of 100km/day. They directed me to address the issue with the platform. Additionally, I faced extra surcharges based on these erroneous mileage charges. The platform eventually refunded the extra mileage, but refused to address the additional surcharges, labeling them as 'local fees and taxes.' Despite my efforts to clarify, they sent a final email stating they would not engage further. I pursued a chargeback through my credit card company, which was approved in my favor, and the refund was processed. I've since reached out to express my frustration and the lack of advocacy on my behalf, but they continue to insist on the classification of the surcharges as local extras, showing no awareness of the chargeback. It's up to you to decide who was in the right here.
