Sold us a short break to krakow and told us it was a 4 star hotel. Which no way was it. I wouldnt even say it was 2 star. Rooms were awfull, staff rude, towels were tiny, beds uncomfortable. So i told the rep when booking i really want a nice hotel as it was for a special occasion but they did not deliver. I was gutted on arrival. I asked for a different room and was offered a awful suite which had stains on the carpet and was totally dated again. MR67 hotel is NOT 4 star and i would never return. When i went to speak to reception the rude lady was on facetime and bounced her phone off the desk to deal with me as she was not happy i had disturbed her. The hotel did send us a bottle of £2 Asti to our room which i laughed at as it was more insulting to get this cheap stuff.
