Excellent service from D & S as usual. The agent who dealt with us - Courtney from the Sunderland Bridges Branch, along her her equally professional colleague, Beth, could not have been more helpful. They even went the extra mile in suggesting something a little different for us, a cruise, as an option for our next excursion. First rate service all round from two very pleasant staff members.

A holiday I had booked independently for Christmas was cancelled. I visited Dawson and Sanderson in Whitley Bay to see if they could help me find another. I am delighted to say that this was possible. Paula went that extra mile to arrange everything I needed
My daughter and I have just been to the Gateshead branch and were lucky enough to be seen by the manager, Nicola and she was absolutely lovely. Not only was she extremely professional but she it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for her - she even priced flights for my friend to join us on the trip. I haven’t booked a package holiday for over 2 decades, always preferring to book separate accommodation and flights online however my daughter and I will definitely be returning to book our holiday with Nicola. And hopefully, many more to come!
Sold us a short break to krakow and told us it was a 4 star hotel. Which no way was it. I wouldnt even say it was 2 star. Rooms were awfull, staff rude, towels were tiny, beds uncomfortable. So i told the rep when booking i really want a nice hotel as it was for a special occasion but they did not deliver. I was gutted on arrival. I asked for a different room and was offered a awful suite which had stains on the carpet and was totally dated again. MR67 hotel is NOT 4 star and i would never return. When i went to speak to reception the rude lady was on facetime and bounced her phone off the desk to deal with me as she was not happy i had disturbed her. The hotel did send us a bottle of £2 Asti to our room which i laughed at as it was more insulting to get this cheap stuff.
Very unhappy with Dawson and Sanderson (Hull Branch). We specifically asked for an all inclusive adult only hotel, on arrival to the hotel Qwara in Malta we questioned reception staff about this and were told "it obviously isn't is it.. as we have a kids club". We were advised that the only adult only area was the roof top bar and infinity pool but this was closed to poor weather conditions. The adult only access to the indoor pool was restricted to 09.00 - 13:00 but due to poor weather conditions (08.04.25 - 17.04.25) this was not monitored and families with children were admitted. On contacting the Dawson and Sanderson Hull branch via email whilst still at the resort I was informed to come into the Hull branch to discuss further. Unable to do this on my return as no longer live in Hull and work commitments restricted my opportunity to go into branch. I was offered the opportunity to attend the Doncaster branch as there wasn't a branch in Leeds. Despite numerous emails I felt I was fobbed off with no further support provided. Very disappointed by a very inadequate service.
2024 we asked for what we wanted and 100% they delivered. This is our second time to skiathos and we will book every year.Thank you so much to Dawsons and Sandersons Morpeth Northumberland for your help and kindness throughout what we wanted in a holiday. Simply better than the other one in the northeast..... just saying.
