Very unhappy with Dawson and Sanderson (Hull Branch). We specifically asked for an all inclusive adult only hotel, on arrival to the hotel Qwara in Malta we questioned reception staff about this and were told "it obviously isn't is it.. as we have a kids club". We were advised that the only adult only area was the roof top bar and infinity pool but this was closed to poor weather conditions. The adult only access to the indoor pool was restricted to 09.00 - 13:00 but due to poor weather conditions (08.04.25 - 17.04.25) this was not monitored and families with children were admitted. On contacting the Dawson and Sanderson Hull branch via email whilst still at the resort I was informed to come into the Hull branch to discuss further. Unable to do this on my return as no longer live in Hull and work commitments restricted my opportunity to go into branch. I was offered the opportunity to attend the Doncaster branch as there wasn't a branch in Leeds. Despite numerous emails I felt I was fobbed off with no further support provided. Very disappointed by a very inadequate service.
