Can’t express our gratitude enough at the time spent on hold and the dozens of phone calls with Titan trying to sort out our planned tour to Kenya. They did everything they could to sort out the chaos with the travel company but to no avail. Eventually with only 6 days to travel the whole thing had to be cancelled.
