From being hesitant to booking through a private travel agency as always gone through tui or jet 2 we was nervous about doing it, as soon as we spoke to Isabella, she made us so confident and talked us through everything, she gave us as many options as we asked and me being a worrying character I asked 100% questions and she always answered me making me confident and assured it was all reliable, will 100% use again for another holiday, can’t wait for Dubai and the Maldives in June 2025

We booked our holiday to Dubai with Noah King & from start to finish the whole experience was so easy & stress free. I gave him my budget & he gave me lots of options which fitted. We ended up at the JA resort which was amazing. We had such a wonderful trip & were messaged on the morning of our trip to wish us a nice holiday, when we had arrived to check we’d got there safely & on arrival home. Such brilliant service & so personable. I felt so confident that if I had needed to speak to someone, they would’ve been on hand to sort any issues (not that there were any) Would HIGHLY recommend Holiday dukes & will definitely be using them again in the future. Noah helped us with so many optoins for our trip next year to Dubai He was very patient and provided us with around 6 or 7 hotel options with different dining optionsHe gave us different options to pay from lump sums to monthly installments After we booked he also got us an upgrade from half board to full board at no extra cost Great work Noah
