Daniel our holiday dukes agent has been an absolute star through this whole journey of booking our family trip to Bali. He has gone above and beyond to answer all questions, getting best deals and giving great advice even when I had a wobble about where we were going he couldn't to enough to give other options and explain everything, I have no doubt I have been a nightmare client due to second guessing myself all the time & he has never failed to respond and help in any way he can. I can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding. Highly recommend and will leave another review once we return. I'm sure we will have a holiday off a life time thanks to Daniel

Noah and the team are supporting us with trying to ensure we safely reach our destination having had our flight cancelled from Phuket to LHR 12.06.2026 with Qatar Airways.YES, We have had to arrange our extra 6 days in Phuket and have had to agree a price which meant moving hotels.Noah and his team are working tirelessly to ensure we get a confirmed flight that will get us to our required destination.They are not making us pay any more money for the flights we have already paid for, they are arranging the transfer once we get flight date confirmation. Even though we are different timezones we are in regular communications and hope to have our departure date confirmed in 24hrsThanks to you Noah and the team and we hope to be provided with our desired departure.
Been dealing with kimberly and noah they were so helpful in find the exact holiday in thialand for my wifes special birthday it took numerous whatsapps and call to get it just rite i must admitt when i saw them on facebook i thought this is to good to be true but after alot of checking i realised this is a ledgit company and nothing was to much trouble to get things just how i wanted, i would highly recomend them for a taylor made trip to the far east many thanks
