We experienced two internal flights with the service during our recent trip to South Africa. One was delayed by 20 hours while the other was delayed by an hour and 40 minutes. I would advise against relying on them if you need to arrive on time.
I had a frustrating and unpleasant experience with the service at the airport. The staff were not knowledgeable, and the customer service was the worst I've encountered with any airline. After arriving late for my connecting flight, I was told it had just closed. When I sought help, the representatives were dismissive and rude, showing no willingness to assist. This lack of care for paying customers is disheartening.
Boarding began at 19:45, but takeoff was delayed, with doors closing at 21:00. There was no explanation from the crew or pilot. After landing, we waited another 15 minutes for buses, and I left the airport at 23:30, despite having a long drive ahead. This lack of concern for passengers is quite disappointing.
If you care about your belongings, steer clear of this airline. Upon receiving my checked bag, I discovered it had been damaged, with a wheel completely missing. The baggage claims process led to an unhelpful response that they weren’t liable for the damage. It’s concerning how carelessly they handle luggage, leading to significant damage.
I recently traveled with the service and was disappointed by the unfriendly and unapproachable staff at the gates. This made what should have been a simple process quite stressful. Additionally, there was minimal communication about delays, leaving passengers confused.
My flight was delayed from 3:10 PM to 8:30 PM, and then again to 9:15 PM. The staff offered no assistance or explanations. I missed a crucial event due to these delays, and when I sought help, the representative was unhelpful. I would not choose this airline again.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but the level of service I encountered deserves mention. After my flight was canceled due to a strike, I was promised a refund that has yet to be processed months later. Switching to another airline was a much better choice.
