I would give rhem 0 if it was an option, I booked an airport lounge at Heathrow and whilst it was absolutely my fault that I booked the wrong terminal, the lounge had one in both the terminal I was going from and the one I had booked, both no 1 lounge and holiday extras refused to swap the booking to the correct terminal so I lost 88 pounds. Both companies blamed each other and my birthday was ruined, never again
