Review Time
I am a regular customer of Holiday Extras and booked yet another airport hotel and parking. When taking out the additional late cover you don’t receive a policy document as this is a service add on, but they do stress if your flight is cancelled or disrupted you will be refunded up to 2 days overstay. When I went to claim for one day overstay, the agent has told me that weather disruption isn’t covered. I was quite surprised by this as they claim on their website when purchasing that you are covered for any cancellation and no policy terms and conditions are provided. Also weather and subsequent knock on delays must result in a high number of overstays. As a regular customer I’ll be shopping elsewhere in future, avoid any additional extras as they will wriggle out of it.
I have used this company for years however never again. I booked parking flying from Manchester to London then on to Dubai on the 04/03/26 then back on the 11/03/26. Travel to Dubai has stopped, it's clearly not going to resume prior to my departure date. This morning (01/03/26) the UK Government has advised against all travel to the UAE. I contact holiday extras to do no more than request a credit voucher to book parking at another time, I didn't want a refund just a credit voucher. I'm then told I can't have a voucher as it's less than 4 days until travel so no credit voucher will be forthcoming. How did I know that the USA would attack Iran and following that the UK government would ban travel. I think the 4 day rule has to be looked at in these unique set of circumstances and loyal customers who have booked through you for years should have their booking honored by way of a credit voucher. If not you are doing no more than profiteering from circumstances including human suffering that no passenger has any control over which is disgraceful and I'll be making a complaint to my local Member of Parliament
I made a mistake with my booking (booking made twice due to a simple confusion in the return date) and the agent dealt with MY mistake both professionally and efficiently. One of the bookings was immediately refunded.
I have been using Holidays extra for many years and there is a reason why - they have never let me down.

I made a booking using a new email address but the app only recognised my old email. Because of this I couldn't see/amend the booking. The agent was extremely understanding and helpful and offered an immediate resolution. Many thanks
We arrived at Fuerteventura Airport after a delayed flight with my 86‑year‑old mum, who requires a wheelchair, only to find that no one had arrived to collect us. Both we and the airport staff (thankfully we had booked assitance) searched everywhere, but there was absolutely no driver to be found.
With no transport provided, we were forced to take a taxi from the airport. When we contacted Holiday Extras the next day, we were told that we should have contacted the driver ourselves to advise of the delay, as they “only wait an hour.” Considering airlines and airports clearly display real‑time arrival information, it’s shocking that the driver didn’t check the updated flight time and simply left us stranded.
We requested cancellation of the return transfer, which was agreed—but we have been refused a refund for any part of the journey, leaving us £300 out of pocket.
For a service that should support travelling customers—especially those with mobility needs—this is absolutely disgraceful. Completely unacceptable customer care and zero accountability. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
I called Holiday Extras to amend my health status prior to renewing my annual policy. Becky was polite, helpful and efficient. Thank you for your help and getting me a great price. Here's to another year of happy holidays!
I accidently gave my email address incorrectly and had to contact the chat team the next day, as I hadn't received my confirmation email. All sorted out in less than a minute.
Awful don’t bother booking! You pay a premium price for awful service. Waiting 30/ 40 minutes for the car, had to ring after we collected our bags as car was offsite. Service in T5 is excellent but absolutely terrible in T3 Heathrow. Don’t bother wasting your time and money. Do short stay instead. Never ever again. Customer service was awful.
Terrible customer service ok whilst they take your money , almost impossible to get refund

So far not only not recieved a promised refund but don’t even acknowledge the emails (probably work on the basis we will give up
