My previous review (Crystal Ball) related to the fact that if circumstances out of your control, Holiday Extras don’t have you covered.
My son also booked a lounge for the five family members, the flight was changed at arrival to airport and the timings meant they also couldn’t use the lounge. Holiday Extras policy is you have to cancel the day before. This is unacceptable and not something people can do when circumstances like this happen.
Definitely won’t be using them again.
