Our experience has been a nightmare. For almost three years, we’ve tried to reach an agreement, but they show no willingness to assist us. The timeshare has failed to deliver on promised luxury and availability. Booking has been a hassle, and the service we received did not match expectations. We faced numerous issues, from poor property conditions to unhelpful representatives. Despite being owners, we faced additional fees for reservations, often with no refunds. Attempts to cancel were met with dismissive attitudes. We just want to speak with someone who can help us end this distressing contract.
