First, I was double charged for a vacation package I hadn’t even booked. That feels like a scam right off the bat. I tried to get the charge reversed, but was told someone would call me back, which never happened. After calling again, I was transferred multiple times, and one representative even expressed frustration about my call. Beware of their sales tactics before and during the timeshare discussion. It’s all a SCAM. Don't fall for their tricks.
The company continues to avoid effective communication with us. We were directed to their compliance department after years of complaints. Despite reaching out to various authorities, they suspected outside help. When we finally spoke with compliance, they claimed our case had been reviewed without allowing us to present our side! We were told to wait a year for another review. This is absurd. We just want to talk to someone.
