Our experience has been a total disaster. From the start, we faced pressure during the sales process, and were shuffled between multiple managers. We were sold on the idea of a great investment, but it’s been a nightmare. Booking has been chaotic, and the promises made during sales don’t align with our reality. We even paid to carry over points, only to lose them. This experience has caused us significant stress, and we refuse to let it burden our children. We’ve tried for years to find a resolution, but every attempt ends in disappointment. We need genuine help to end this situation. Please don’t trust this company with your vacation needs.
