We booked a specific hotel and Nile cruise with Holidayjet. It was booked nearly 2 years in advance. In this time they changed the flights dates boat and hotel and stated we had no hold luggage which we had confirmed we did via email at time of booking. We finally realised this holiday was nothing like the dream holiday we were looking forward to. As there were major changes we are legally entitled to a full refund. Holidayjet have made numerous promises to refund our money but have failed to do so every single time Don’t expect to get the trip you booked avoid this company like the plague. We are now claiming under section 75 on my card. Holidayjet are completely untrustworthy and unreliable. There are many similar reviews to this. Don’t make the same mistake we did.
