The worst holiday experience ever

If I could rate this experience zero stars, I would. It was the most disappointing holiday I've ever had. Just two days before my trip, I was informed that both the hotel and boat had changed without any cancellation options. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they hastily offered a less desirable alternative with only five minutes to decide. We were also unaware of changes to the boat's boarding dates until after we arrived. Despite raising our concerns, they showed no interest in resolving the issues. The original boat was supposed to be luxurious, but the replacement was in poor condition, and the food was unacceptable. Many passengers, including myself, fell ill. After disembarking, I required medical attention and was prescribed antibiotics. It's been a month, and I'm still unwell. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and while I could elaborate on more issues, I'll keep it brief. I strongly advise against using this service; they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. We are now considering legal action to recover our expenses and seek compensation for the stress and disappointment caused.

Extremely disappointing experience

I was contacted with a deal to a destination I liked and paid for. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I requested a date change, but the support was unhelpful and the costs were exorbitant. When I sought clarification, I was blocked, only to be contacted later with the same high charges, disregarding my situation. It felt like they only cared about taking my money and ignoring my concerns. I cannot recommend this service for any holiday; there are far better and more trustworthy options available.
