HolidayRentPayment is hopless. I received a chargeback from a guest who rented my apartment through Homeaway. Consequently HolidayRenPayment drew € 189 + 20 fee. I contacted the guest who denied the chargeback. I asked HolidayRentPayment to contact the guest but they asked me an entire list of documents. I sent them, a few hours after they requested. Now after 10 days I spoke with a person from the Call Center. The only comment she could make was: These things sometimes happen. Really hopeless
