I had an excellent first experience with the service. The central office was responsive and addressed all my questions before I booked. It was reassuring to meet the caregiver beforehand to ensure a good fit. The caregiver was amazing, and my dog had a happy and settled first stay. She was eager to learn about our routines to keep him comfortable, and the location was perfect for walks. We have already booked a second stay!
Our 11-year-old Labradoodle had never spent a night in kennels, always staying with family. The service made him part of a family while we were away; the caregivers were incredibly nice, sending occasional photos that reassured us throughout the process.
