I have an extremely fussy 8 month old shizu boy, having tried literally every subscription dog food on the market, Years come up trumps, I have to say that the quality is consistently of the highest standard and smells amazing.

Unreliable delivery experience

I wouldn't trust the delivery service, as I placed my order on 6 January and keep receiving updates that it will arrive the next day, only to be told again that it won’t arrive until the following day! I contacted the company, and they mentioned they are facing issues with the delivery service. While weather conditions may contribute, other carriers seem to be handling their deliveries without issue. My package has been stuck in the Birmingham hub, and when I reached out to the delivery service, they informed me it's just waiting on a trailer. Given the mild weather and no snow in the forecast, I find this quite frustrating. They offered me a 20% discount on three orders, which is reasonable, but honestly, how can I trust their service after this experience? It’s not just about the money; it’s about the overall service too!

Excellent communication

Hi. I’m new to this company and want to express that I’ve encountered a few complications due to my own circumstances. Transitioning to the new food from the old has been easy to manage. He loved it from the first serving. I contacted customer service about a few issues, and the communication through WhatsApp has been fantastic. I can’t thank the representative enough. I have dyslexia and prefer communication methods other than phone calls; thank goodness for voice assistants! All my issues were resolved within an hour of reaching out, and I’m very grateful. Unexpected charges after trial

I just paid for a 7-day trial and did not opt for a subscription, as my senior dog is undergoing major surgery soon. I received an email from the company stating that they will charge me on the 12th for an order I did not sign up for or authorize.

This so-called 7-day trial is misleading; it suggests that you can try the product and subscribe if your dog enjoys it. However, don't be deceived—once you sign up for the trial, you may find yourself subscribed to a product your dog might not even like, leading to an expensive mistake.

Outstanding customer support

My puppy absolutely loves the meals. Her digestion has significantly improved as well. I contacted the company because I wanted her to try the fish recipes but was concerned they might not suit her, as previous fishy treats caused loose stools. They kindly provided me with a complimentary tray, and I'm happy to report it suits her digestion perfectly. Thank you for the excellent customer support and quick response to my inquiry. She enjoys all the recipes so far, and I've now added the fish options to my order.

Our dog loves it and shows improvement

Our mini dachshund has transformed from a dog that often left half of his meals uneaten to one who finishes his bowl completely. His stomach has settled significantly, and his previously flaky skin appears to have cleared up. He was on a different brand (a mix of wet food and kibble), which didn't work out, but this has proven to be a better quality option without being more expensive. After a few months, we are very pleased with the food and delivery. I was initially hesitant about fresh food due to fridge space, but the fact that this can be stored in a cupboard until opened is perfect.

Using this dog food for two years

I've been using this dog food for my Sprocker for two years and must say the food is excellent. She enjoys it and is no longer fussy. She is very healthy and loves all the treats. The company always delivers on time, and I can’t find any faults. Well done!
