Try to contact them and if you do get a reply, they tell you it’s in the contract and it was your choice to auto renew. I was not offered to opt out. About 20 Emails sent to them, they will not refund the money and have only replied twice to stat they are not refunding and it’s my fault. Don’t use holidog.
