I had used once the services of the platform that paired with with a good dog sitter. I paid all the incumbent fees that were necessary. After that I did not need these services any longer, but without alerting me, the platform continued to withdraw 6 month payments for a renewed subscription for services I never got to use any longer. When I tried to reach out for help for reimbursement, I was asked a series of questions multiple times, which led nowhere and was transfered to different services until I gave up hope. I feel like I was scammed pretty honestly. Shame on you.
