When arrived at apartment there was a leak coming from the ceiling! I had to have a bucket under leak for a week but was told I would be compensated for it. Weeks later still no compensation received! They said owner of property had sent them the money and will be getting accounts to refund me still waiting nearly a week later and nearly a month after holiday! Now not responding to emails!
