On the day of arrival (we were already in the plane) we got an email that our booking was canceled. The reason given also turned out to be false after investigation. It was Saturday en it was not possible to get in contact with Holidu. We were left out in the street with no compensation and had to find an alternative accommodation ourselves. It was highseason and there was not much available and everything was very expensive. We had to settle for much less facilities, had to incur addittional costs for the alternative accommodation en had to move several times. Holidu doesn't want to compensate the damages we have suffered as a result of the last minute cancellation.
