The checkout experience was highly unsatisfactory. They attempt to withhold as much of your deposit as they can, even for damages you did not cause or that were clearly documented in the check-in report. When you ask for clarification or a detailed breakdown of repair costs, they do not respond at all. The absence of transparency makes the entire experience extremely frustrating.
