From the application process to move-in and throughout my stay, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Whenever I contacted their support team, they replied promptly and resolved problems without delay, which made living there very comfortable and stress-free. The apartments are well-maintained, modern, and exactly as described. I have just moved into a Groningen location. So far it has been wonderful. The check-in process went very smoothly, and the service and quality has been just as I expected it. The only con is that repairs seem to take a bit longer than planned. But this doesn't stop the on site staff from being super welcoming and helpful!
The process is quite efficient and well-organized. However, I question the level of satisfaction it truly offers. The apartment I received was in a very dirty state and had clearly not been cleaned. Yet, I am expected to return it in pristine condition, which I find unacceptable.
The studio apartment presented is a contemporary, upscale living space. The amenities available both inside the apartment and throughout the building are exceptional. The gym is well-equipped, providing everything necessary for a healthy lifestyle.
Securing a place in Rotterdam in under a month seems nearly impossible. However, my experience with the service transformed everything. It's undoubtedly the most straightforward and supportive option for finding a room; they assist you and simplify the entire process.

I selected the fully furnished studio and have been residing here for a week. The unit is well-equipped, everything functions smoothly, and the environment is peaceful, making for an outstanding experience. The only downside is that the bathroom is somewhat cramped.
The checkout experience was highly unsatisfactory. They attempt to withhold as much of your deposit as they can, even for damages you did not cause or that were clearly documented in the check-in report. When you ask for clarification or a detailed breakdown of repair costs, they do not respond at all. The absence of transparency makes the entire experience extremely frustrating.
My experience has been exceptional to date. The move-in process was efficiently organized, and the support team has been attentive and quick to respond. I feel comfortable and at home already. I’m very satisfied with the level of service received.
