I purchased three waxed Amaryllis bulbs for Christmas blooms. Unfortunately, one bulb was defective (similar to last year's experience), and they only agreed to replace one, meaning they won't bloom together as I had hoped. I gave them another chance this year, but I should have known better. Avoid this company—both the product and customer service are terrible. It's frustrating to spend so much on flowers that won't bloom as planned for the holidays. I won't be returning.
