I ordered 14 amaryllis bulbs as gifts for different people, but 4 of them were defective. I reached out to the company and provided pictures, and they sent replacements. However, one person received 2 replacements, both of which were also defective. The quality of this company's products is unreliable. I've had no issues with them in the past, but I regret that I won't be able to use them for my Christmas gifts next year due to the risk of disappointment and hassle.

I'm thrilled with this company! The bulbs are top-notch and healthy, and their customer service was outstanding when I reached out. They also ship quickly, usually within 1-2 days. This is the best seller I've encountered, and I keep coming back for more.
I've ordered from this place before but wasn't particularly impressed. After receiving a 15% off coupon just six days ago, I tried to order some tulip bulbs since local stores were out. Unfortunately, the code didn't work. After five days, I received an email stating I had already used the code over a year ago, with no further help offered. It’s disappointing that they wouldn’t provide a new code for a returning customer. I found another 15% off code online that worked, but their representative took too long to respond and offered no solutions. I will not be ordering from here again.
I placed my order on September 3rd, expecting it by mid-October. I reached out multiple times to check on the status due to my area's early frost risk. As of October 22, there was still no shipment. I requested a cancellation and they complied immediately, which suggests they had no intention of shipping. Very poor business practices. I recommend looking elsewhere.
Buyer beware! I usually give a company a chance to resolve issues before posting a review. However, after reaching out to this company three times, I never received a response. I placed my order 4-5 months ago and understood the bulbs wouldn't ship until fall, but I received no notification of shipment. They arrived while I was on vacation and sat in the sun for two weeks. I requested a replacement but got no reply. My advice is to look elsewhere for bulbs. I would give zero stars if I could.
