Disappointing experience with the bulbs

I ordered 14 amaryllis bulbs as gifts for different people, but 4 of them were defective. I reached out to the company and provided pictures, and they sent replacements. However, one person received 2 replacements, both of which were also defective. The quality of this company's products is unreliable. I've had no issues with them in the past, but I regret that I won't be able to use them for my Christmas gifts next year due to the risk of disappointment and hassle.

Disappointing Experience with Amaryllis Bulbs

I purchased three waxed Amaryllis bulbs for Christmas blooms. Unfortunately, one bulb was defective (just like last year!), and they only offered to replace one, meaning they won’t all bloom together as I had planned. I foolishly decided to give them another chance this year. I should have known better. Avoid this! The product and customer service are terrible. It's frustrating to spend so much on flowers that don’t bloom as expected for holiday decorations. I won’t make this mistake again.

Disappointing Experience with Bulbs

I gave them another chance this year, but I should have known better. Avoid this company—both the product and customer service are terrible. I'm thrilled with this company! The bulbs are top-notch and healthy, and their customer service was outstanding when I reached out. They also ship quickly, usually within 1-2 days. This is the best seller I've encountered, and I keep coming back for more.

Unsatisfactory Customer Support

I've ordered from this place before but wasn't particularly impressed. After receiving a 15% off coupon just six days ago, I tried to order some tulip bulbs since local stores were out. Unfortunately, the code didn't work. After five days, I received an email stating I had already used the code over a year ago, with no further help offered. It’s disappointing that they wouldn’t provide a new code for a returning customer. I found another 15% off code online that worked, but their representative took too long to respond and offered no solutions. I will not be ordering from here again.

Order Not Shipped

I placed my order on September 3rd, expecting it by mid-October. I reached out multiple times to check on the status due to my area's early frost risk. As of October 22, there was still no shipment. I requested a cancellation and they complied immediately, which suggests they had no intention of shipping. Very poor business practices. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Healthy Peony Root Received

I received my ITOH peony root today, and it has 4 to 5 eyes along with a large tuber and roots. It looks to be in excellent condition. I've already planted it and am excited to see how it grows over the next couple of years.

No Response from Customer Service

Buyer beware! I usually give a company a chance to resolve issues before posting a review. However, after reaching out to this company three times, I never received a response. I placed my order 4-5 months ago and understood the bulbs wouldn't ship until fall, but I received no notification of shipment. They arrived while I was on vacation and sat in the sun for two weeks. I requested a replacement but got no reply. My advice is to look elsewhere for bulbs. I would give zero stars if I could.
