This company is just if not worse than their other company Tulip World both owned by the same people with the same POOR AND SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I orderd from this company with the same issues as Tulip world. In January 12 2025 i ordered Giant Black Elephant Ears. However after waiting 3 months in April i received 2 bulbs one was completely rotten the other one was ok. I received a full refund for the first one but couldn't get a replacement. The second grew but guess what its wasn't what i ordered it was a green one even though the package stated it was black. I received a full refund for this but i had been waiting since January to get this as i had specifically made spots for them in my yard in Florida.Both these companies could care less about delivering what you purchase. They continually send our ROTTEN BULBS, WRONG ITEMS PURPOSELY. SO THEN THE CUSTOMERS ARE LEFT OUT AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEIR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE where you now have to prove to them that they screwd up and YOU AS THE CUSTOMER HAVE TO KISS ASS TO SOME FOREIGN PERSON TO GET ANYWHERE. HORRIBLE COMPANY DONT DEAL WITH THEM.
