Did some order. One Jeans was shipped separate with the security tag on. Call to return and get a replacement back.
It was such a hassle just dealing with customer service. They are charging me for the shipping and taxes on it and wanted me to ship it with Purolator. Explained that it's not my fault and I don't have the time to drop off and paid for shipping . Totally not acceptable!
After 1/2 an hr on the phone, they decided I will get my full refund, I can keep the Jeans , a full refund and whenever I get time I can drop of the package to Purolator. On my invoice they still charged me the shipping , Taxes and the difference refund which is still pending. What a rip off for a full refund.
My kid will not wear that pants as every store he goes into, it will buzz..
