Don’t get me wrong i love hollister super cute clothes and everything my favorite store but im skinny and i hate when ever chunky girls try to fit in my sizes like ik that some are truly a 000 in pants and a xxs in tops but some aren’t stop tryna squeeze urself in there if your not skinny
I am baffled by the ineffectiveness of the Customer Service team. After ordering and paying for a product, I received a notification stating that my credit card payment was rejected, despite using the same card in-store. After multiple attempts to verify details and update my payment information, I was still warned that my order would be canceled if I didn't pay. When I escalated the issue to the payments team, my payment was processed immediately, yet the next day, my order was canceled. During my eighth call to customer service, they failed to grasp my issue, merely repeating a scripted response that my money would be refunded, without any explanation or apology for the cancellation. I struggled to convey that I had not canceled the order, spoke with an operative for 25 minutes, only to be told that a supervisor was unavailable. Now, the items I wanted are no longer in stock.
My daughter, a dedicated customer, did not receive a refund for her £5 voucher. We are very let down by her favorite clothing store. She has spent a lot before Christmas and has always been a loyal shopper. However, after using her £5 gift voucher for an online order last week, when she visited the store to return an item and buy something else, the £5 voucher was not refunded. This feels quite unfair, and now she feels unappreciated as a customer. Is this really how it should be?
I regret spending my hard-earned money on two pairs of jeans and logo sweatpants in size 2L and SL, along with a layering tank top in size small. I had hoped they would be similar to what I used to wear in the early 2000s, but they turned out to be absolutely disappointing! I used to exclusively wear jeans from certain brands, but the longs back then were truly long. Now, at 5'6", the longs barely reach the floor when standing, and it's even worse when bending my legs. It feels like a rip-off! It seems like there's a trend of price increases while the quality declines, which is frustrating. After spending a significant amount this holiday season for my teenager as well, I feel like I wasted my money. I won’t sugarcoat my review just to earn points; these products are subpar! The original longs were genuinely long enough, and now it feels like corners are being cut. It’s upsetting! Other brands have perfected their sizing, so what’s the excuse here? I’m calling this out because I won’t be misled into thinking this is how it’s always been. It seems like they’ve cut down on fabric length and changed materials, which leads to poor fit and quality after washing. I want a refund for both pairs of jeans, the sweatpants, and the tank top. How can you layer something that’s so wide at the bottom and barely covers? After one wash, it turns into an oddly shaped crop top. It’s frustrating to see such high prices for items that don’t compare to their past quality. I won’t be spending money on women's clothing from this brand again. It feels like highway robbery when there are better options available elsewhere! We need to stop supporting these brands until they make necessary improvements!

The tracking showed that the parcel hadn’t even been handed over to the courier. After contacting customer support, I was told the order would be resent for free, but then I learned the items were actually out of stock, so a replacement wasn't possible. Now, I have to wait an additional five days just to get a refund. Holding onto a customer’s money for over three weeks before notifying them of unavailability is unacceptable.
