The service for online orders was absolutely awful. I needed to exchange an item for a different size and shipped it back 21 days ago. The online customer support I interacted with through email and messaging seems like a bot or is not helpful at all, as they keep giving the same scripted responses. After several conversations with the support team, I was informed today that the exchange was canceled, leaving me unsure about a refund. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online unless you are completely certain you won't need an exchange.
