I am quite disappointed with my recent experience. I was given a delivery date, but two weeks later, my order had still not arrived. The tracking showed that the parcel hadn’t even been handed over to the courier. After contacting customer support, I was told the order would be resent for free, but then I learned the items were actually out of stock, so a replacement wasn't possible. Now, I have to wait an additional five days just to get a refund. Holding onto a customer’s money for over three weeks before notifying them of unavailability is unacceptable.
