On the 10th August I bought 5 items… now in Mid October I’m still waiting for the final item to be shipped and am struggling to reach anyone at customer service. I tried 5 times yesterday! Since the initial purchase, I have found the communication to be very slow. At no point did anyone reach out to say they only had selected items available and offer me separate shipping. I’ve had to chase this at every stage. The last communication, which I initiated, said my light would be here last month. But nothing since, and no light.The customer email service is an automated AI, which cannot deal with partially shipped items so very unhelpful. The products are beautiful, but the lack of communication is very off putting!
