My order arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Unfortunately, one item was delayed due to supplier issues, but the company was extremely communicative and apologetic, offering a split shipment at no extra cost. While that option didn’t work for me, the main part of my order arrived within about 24 hours, and the communication and customer service were outstanding throughout.
I ordered two lamps from this store in September with no lead time indicated. The lamps were sent to me six weeks later. Upon arrival, one lamp was missing a power cord, making it unusable. I contacted the company, but multiple customer service agents questioned my competence, insisting I could use a cord from a different lamp (which I can't). A month has passed, and customer service has stopped responding to my inquiries, leaving me without a power cord for my £300 lamp. This has been a frustrating experience.
This place is incredibly overpriced! The owners seem to think that their exorbitant prices are competitive. I wanted four clamp-on legs, but when I asked about the price of £79 for one leg, I felt compelled to seek a cheaper alternative. They also avoid phone communication; when I called, I was directed to email customer service. Businesses like this need a serious reality check.
A huge thumbs up! I was fortunate enough to win items in their anniversary draw. Not just one, but six unique pieces! The company was very quick in sending them out, all well packaged with no breakages. I love everything! Thank you so much; I will definitely shop here again in the future.
