I wish I'd visited this site before buying. Like others the cat jumper is absolute crap. They tell me if I send it back to China and pay the postsge and fees they will refund the price or give me discount on more of their crap if I keep it. The reply to the complaint is obviously set up expecting complaints so it is clearly a scam. I have given them 24 hrs to tell me how to return the item at their cost and get a full refund or it gets reported to Trading Standards, Facebook, my credit card company and the Advertising Standards Authority. AVOID!!
