Do not trust this company!!! Ordered a lovely looking jumper from Holloway York with their WebSite showing photo of attractive mature British couple. Paid £35.00 on 18 February 26, and have chased order up with them twice! Have had many many excuses and have still not received my item and still no tracking info. Scandalous, evil behaviour!

Oh how I wish I had seen these reviews about the cat jumper. I too got sucked in by the picture of something that looks nothing like what came eventually through the post! Has anyone tried to return to the Chinese address? I have since been e mailing them and when I asked for option 2 of the refund which is keep the item and have store credit for 60% they will only offer me 30% DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I wish I'd visited this site before buying. Like others the cat jumper is absolute crap. They tell me if I send it back to China and pay the postsge and fees they will refund the price or give me discount on more of their crap if I keep it. The reply to the complaint is obviously set up expecting complaints so it is clearly a scam. I have given them 24 hrs to tell me how to return the item at their cost and get a full refund or it gets reported to Trading Standards, Facebook, my credit card company and the Advertising Standards Authority. AVOID!!
I wish these reviews were up earlier as I have also fell foul to the knitted cat jumper only to receive a cheap nasty printed jumper. I bought this for my wife to say thank you for everything you do for the family, and as soon as the parcel arrived I knew it was going to be disappointing, but even tho I had a bad feeling before it was opened ,I was so shocked at how poor the item was.
This company, shows photos of a shop in York but there isn't one, its purely SP/Shopify online sale. The jumper arrived after 14 days and is definitely not as described and is cheap rubbish from china, appalling quality. Returns are to china at customer expense with threats of customs charges, despite website claims of no hassle free returns. Contacted bank and did charge back successfully. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM its a scam !
