I am extremely disappointed with this service! I placed an order for $159 worth of socks on December 3, 2025, as a Christmas gift for a family member, and my order remains unfulfilled. Customer support informed me that they are out of stock and will ship once available. Now, on December 30th, the order is still not fulfilled. It's frustrating to have to tell someone that their gift is uncertain, making it seem like I didn't buy anything for them. I truly hope the team behind this service experiences similar issues to understand the frustration.
