Very warm-we live in Maine! I bought compression knee socks for my husband and me. We wear them every day! They stay up and are very soft. We both walk a lot every day - up to 7 miles - no aches or swelling!
I placed an order for four pairs of socks on February 6, I immediately received an email stating that my order was received, I was given an order number and there was a place in the email to track my order. When I hit track my order, it only gave me your order is being prepared with no additional information. on February 14, I sent an email to the Hollow Sock support team inquiring why my order had not proceeded beyond the state of “ order is being prepared. The same day I received an email telling me that due to increased demand we’re experiencing some fulfillment delays. It then proceeded to tell me how long delivery takes once the order has been shipped. Again, no real information just the excuse that they’re experiencing heavy demand which is causing fulfillment delays. However, I have almost daily received additional email and text offers for great sales and discounts four additional purchases. As of today’s date that I am writing this review my status still remains your order is being prepared. At this point, I would prefer to cancel my order and receive a total refund as I have very little confidence of when if ever my order will be fulfilled and I will get some kind of shipping or tracking number. I would be happy to provide my order number for verification of this information.
Replaced my entire sock drawer as soon as I could. If you want the absolute best sock lineup imaginable. Try all the socks. I know it is expensive but it is worth it. Hunt/Boot socks kept my feet warm while ice fishing. I give them as gifts also, my parents absolutely love them and keep asking for more haha. Killer gift. Killer socks. 10/10 all around.
Everything about these socks says quality. Starting with the material being some of the finest wool available. To the Craftmanship of how they are put together. They have exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend them.
I wish I could review the actual product I paid for, but I still haven't received it. I placed an order of over $160 Dec 14th, it's now Feb 6th and all they keep saying is it will ship within 3 weeks, yet it hasn't after almost 2 months. This company will not last the way it's currently being ran, and it shouldn't when they clearly don't care about their customer. There are too many stressful things that happen in your life, don't order from Hollow Socks and add more stress to your life.
I attempted to take advantage of the buy two get two free offer, but the discount didn't apply at checkout. I reached out to the support team multiple times, and they simply claimed I made an error in my order! Instead of correcting the price and providing the additional pairs, I'm now left with only six pairs instead of the nine I should have received. I requested to cancel my order, but they have not responded. The customer service has been disappointing, to put it mildly. I really enjoy the products and will choose to purchase through different channels going forward. I plan to return my order as soon as it arrives, if they even get back to me.
I ordered two pairs of boot socks and two pairs of crew socks. The product description claims the boot socks are 14 inches from heel to cuff, and the crew socks are 11 inches. While the crew socks matched the description, the boot socks only measured 9 inches. Where are the missing 5 inches? They are too short and slide down my calf. Completely useless and a waste of money.
The customer service is terrible; while the socks are warm, the boot sock just won't stay up. I attempted to reach out via email but received no response, and I couldn't find a phone number to call. I filled out the return/exchange form online, but they want to exchange for a different sock and charge me extra. That's not going to happen. I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase.
I placed an order for socks on Black Friday, and it still shows as processing. Friends who ordered the same day have already received their socks. I've sent five emails with no response. I'm quite frustrated and would appreciate an update.
I am extremely disappointed with this service! I placed an order for $159 worth of socks on December 3, 2025, as a Christmas gift for a family member, and my order remains unfulfilled. Customer support informed me that they are out of stock and will ship once available. Now, on December 30th, the order is still not fulfilled. It's frustrating to have to tell someone that their gift is uncertain, making it seem like I didn't buy anything for them. I truly hope the team behind this service experiences similar issues to understand the frustration.
