I attempted to take advantage of the buy two get two free offer, but the discount didn't apply at checkout. I reached out to the support team multiple times, and they simply claimed I made an error in my order! Instead of correcting the price and providing the additional pairs, I'm now left with only six pairs instead of the nine I should have received. I requested to cancel my order, but they have not responded. The customer service has been disappointing, to put it mildly. I really enjoy the products and will choose to purchase through different channels going forward. I plan to return my order as soon as it arrives, if they even get back to me.
