Strongly advise against this service

Extremely poor service; I would definitely avoid. I ordered a Christmas present on November 30, and it has yet to arrive. I contacted the company on the 8th, and they confirmed it had been dispatched but assured me it would arrive in a few days, citing delays with the postal service. I followed up again on the 16th, and they indicated they would check for tracking information. It’s clear the package has been lost, and now I’m left without a Christmas present. This is precisely why small businesses struggle, as we tend to favor larger, more reliable options.
