I reached out to the service some time ago to help create an embroidered replica of my grandfather's handwriting on one of their lovely pillowcases for my mum as a Christmas gift after his recent passing. The team was not only incredibly helpful but also very kind, eager to help bring my vision to life. I was overjoyed with the final product upon arrival, and when my mum opened it on Christmas, it was an extremely emotional moment as she hadn’t seen his handwriting in ages. It was just perfect. Thank you to everyone involved in creating this special gift; it was beautifully done.

Concerns about this company's integrity

Terrible experience, evident communication breakdown with producers and no accountability for the issues with their contributors. When we raised our concerns, the customer service felt very patronizing, failed to take responsibility, and didn’t provide direct contact with the producer. There was no apology. Poor business model that will struggle to retain customers without trust in their product and service.

Unfair policies from this brand

Unjust policies from this brand. They claim to be a small business to sidestep the basic responsibilities of running one. I mistakenly placed an order and contacted the company immediately, but they ignored my email, shipped the order anyway, and provided no return options. Quite strange and not what you would expect from a UK-based small business.

Unsatisfactory customer service and delivery issues

I ordered a gift with a delivery date a couple of weeks out, which I was assured would arrive on time. The given delivery date was December 18-19. On December 19, the gift had not yet arrived, and there was no communication. I reached out to inquire about my order and received an email later that evening stating it had just been dispatched. It was the usual automated message, not a response to my inquiry or an apology for the delay. Had I known it would arrive later, I would have canceled it as it was needed by the 19th! The lack of communication about the delay was disappointing.

Issue with my wreath order

I ordered a Christmas wreath through the company. The wrong item was sent, and I was instructed to return it for a refund. I complied but did not receive the refund. The company then began ignoring my emails. I am now over £100 out of pocket.

Strongly advise against this service

Extremely poor service; I would definitely avoid. I ordered a Christmas present on November 30, and it has yet to arrive. I contacted the company on the 8th, and they confirmed it had been dispatched but assured me it would arrive in a few days, citing delays with the postal service. I followed up again on the 16th, and they indicated they would check for tracking information. It’s clear the package has been lost, and now I’m left without a Christmas present. This is precisely why small businesses struggle, as we tend to favor larger, more reliable options.

The quality is mediocre, and they are quite small (I now understand the emphasis on the word 'small'). My mistake for not reviewing the details closely—though the photos do make the products appear larger. Additionally, I realized I was paying for shipping on each individual item. Overall, the tiny products offer poor value. The brand is unusual in not soliciting reviews post-purchase, which suggests a lack of interest in feedback despite their claims about values. I feel scammed, but I'll chalk it up to experience.

Doubts about the company's commitment to small businesses

I do not believe this company prioritizes the best interests of small businesses. I left the platform in March due to them charging a commission on the cost of postage. I confronted them about this, and they offered a lower commission rate for low-cost items. However, when I inquired if other businesses selling low-cost items would receive the same rate, they said yes. Two months later, I discovered this offer was not extended. My experience dates back to March 2025. Disappointing handling by the company.
