DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!! I ordered the moisturiser kit and the growth oil. When I first received them in the mail the shampoo was completely liquefied like water. I emailed them right away and told them and I was told since it is all natural it comes in different consistancys and it is still safe to use. I emailed back telling them how am I supposed to use "water" for a shampoo? And this was a horrible first impression of the company. They sent back saying They would send me a new shampoo free of charge and it was still safe to use the shampoo I have. I was really excited to try them so I went for it. The "water" shampoo made my hair extremely rough as soon as I tried to lather it up, conditioner wasnt much better. I followed up with the hair oil and it was thick and sticky and very hard to spread throughout my hair. I figured ok I'll just give it a shot and trust the process. Put my hair up for the week and didn't use any hot tools or blow dryer to let it all sit and "Do its magic" throughout the week I notice my hair was matting up really bad and very hard to the touch. Next wash day I had to brush my hair out before getting in the shower because it was so knotted. I noticed a lot of my hair was coming out in the brush. I get in the shower and wet my hair and CHUNKS of my hair was falling out of my head. My shower and body was COVERED in chuncks of my hair... I was literally in tears and I noticed my scalp was very sore from ONE WEEK of this crap being in my hair. I have since emailed them twice with pictures and still have no response. All of the sudden the "shampoo" they were sending me for free came in and it was another oil. The lid was completely unscrewed and the post office had to bag it in 3 different bags from it leaking. I emailed again saying they didnt even send me the right product and I want a refund. Still no reply. Went to their Facebook page and posted comments about these products... All comments are now deleted and I'm blocked from liking it commenting on any of the posts!! ITS A SCAM... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR.... DO NOT BUY!!! Worst experience EVER!!! They do not care about their customer's!!!!
