I recently had my eyebrows tattooed by a representative from the company, and the experience was very disappointing. I didn't realize proper mapping should be done beforehand. When she drew them on, I noticed immediately that they were crooked. Instead of making adjustments, she claimed it was due to my nose (which is not crooked). Despite knowing the brows were asymmetrical, she proceeded to tattoo them. The final result is quite poor: the eyebrows are different shapes and heights, sitting unevenly. The whole process took only 20 minutes, though I was told it would take an hour or two. I've reached out for a solution but have received no response. I suspect that many of the positive reviews may not be genuine. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
