Disappointing eyebrow tattoo experience

I recently had my eyebrows tattooed by a representative from the company, and the experience was very disappointing. I didn't realize proper mapping should be done beforehand. When she drew them on, I noticed immediately that they were crooked. Instead of making adjustments, she claimed it was due to my nose (which is not crooked). Despite knowing the brows were asymmetrical, she proceeded to tattoo them. The final result is quite poor: the eyebrows are different shapes and heights, sitting unevenly. The whole process took only 20 minutes, though I was told it would take an hour or two. I've reached out for a solution but have received no response. I suspect that many of the positive reviews may not be genuine. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Overall a great experience

I have ordered from the company twice now. Everything has arrived complete and quickly for an overseas delivery. The products I've tried work very well, and I always receive a free sample, which is a nice touch. I wish items were restocked more quickly, but I understand they produce in smaller batches.

Received faulty product + no refund!

I received a year's supply of vitamins expiring in 6 months, despite informing the company that I needed a later expiry date. They sent jars with an expiry date of 01/25! When I reported the mistake, it took a month to respond, citing a manufacturer error. They apologized and promised a refund and a free product of my choice, but I haven't heard back in over 2 months despite multiple follow-ups. They have taken my money for soon-to-expire tablets that I cannot use.
