Sofia was very friendly and used her expertise to pick out the perfect gem which I had envisioned for the ring, which was a green sapphire with a sort of peridot colour. I went in with some sort of idea of what we wanted but the final ring was far beyond what I had imagined. My fiancée says it's the perfect ring and she wouldn't change anything about it! It was good to have someone so knowledgeable help me pick out the gem and ring style because I went into our first appointment without much knowledge on rings or jewels.The first appointment was a quick call to get an idea for what I wanted in the ring. Then there was an in-person appointment in Hatton Gardens to narrow down the gem and ring style. Then a final appointment to select the final gem and band. Finally a few weeks later the ring was ready to pick up.I couldn't recommend Holts Gems more!
